WiiMusic

Perhaps the most disappointing Wii game yet

I am an amatuer music composer. I don't have the money to buy an expensive music composing program, so I've had to settle with the record maker on WarioWare DIY. To be honest, I've gotten more out of that single feature of WarioWare alone, that Wii Music. I wanted to be able to compose my own music with real sounding MIDI instruments for a low-ish price. Wii Music seemed like the answer.

And as I started playing the game, I was quite excited. The instruments sounded real, and it appeared that you could do jams with multiple people. There were a lot of neat ideas, and I was so excited. I couldn't wait to start composing my own music!

Then I discovered you can't.

I know, the case says that you get to compose your own music, …

Pokémon Emerald Version

I love this game! Think it is a large step forward from its predecessors: FireRed and LeafGreen

UFC Undisputed 3

Back for another round, and better than before!

I’ve had the opportunity to play just about 8 hours of the new UFC Undisputed over the past day. I have to say THQ and Yukes have really outdone themselves with this incarnation. It has been well worth the nearly two year wait for the new game.

Essentially, it’s the same frame that the other games have been built upon. You have the same modes as last year. There’s the Title Mode, Title Defense Mode (unlocked once you actually win a title), the Ultimate Fights mode (which allows you to relive some classic UFC fights), Tournament mode, and the Event mode (where you essentially create your own UFC Pay Per View) and Career mode. However, THQ has added a lot of tweeks on top of an already good game.

The 1st big addition was adding …

Rayman 3D

Rayman 3D Reveiw

Rayman 3D is Not a new Rayman game it is actually Rayman 2.
it is a Rushed Port of the dreamcast. But also the old DS version.
Rayman 3D Has music and graphic improvements since Rayman DS on the NDS.
It is Not as Good as the Dreamcast or the N64 version But it is in 3D.
Plus the fact that this game uses a real shadow only on the 3DS also makes this a Most have.

Rayman 2: The Great Escape

Rayman 2 PS1 reveiw

Rayman is the dude with no arms or legs or neck, his body is somehow connected.
In this adventure on the PlayStation Rayman has been captured by The "Robot pirates"
ever since no body was able to defend against them.
Globox is sent to free Rayman.
As rayman escapes He Has a big journey ahead of himself.
This is the first version of Rayman 2 game feature Real voices in stead of gibberish But that is not a good or bad thing the voices are not that good.
The game will feel rushed sometimes because of the ps1 limited power the levels are shorter and there are also some very cool level changes
The graphics are not the best of Rayman
This version of Rayman 2 features 1 exclusive baddie that is also on Rayman 1 but only on the …

Batman: Arkham City

Great Game with lots of extras

Just beat the story mode on this game yesterday. It was really fun and the story kept things moving for me. There is plenty of action and puzzles to work through, None of them were super easy but nothing was impossibly hard either. That is the way I like a game to be. If you haven't played the first game, Arkham Asylum, you should play through that first because it was a great game as well. The Bigger world added a little more depth to this game.

I still have a lot I can do in this game. There are tons of side missions and trophies and challenges to do in the game. It is almost like an entire game to play after the story mode is over. I think I am going to take a break and play another game right now but I will keep this to come back …

Fortune Street

Excellent Game

This is an extremely enjoyable game that features characters from the Mario and Dragon Quest franchises. It is most similar to Monopoly, with players purchasing and investing in real estate properties, however it takes a step beyond and allows players to by stock in other players' property and gain money as they make improvements. In single player mode, you can unlock characters and boards, and earn in game achievement trophies. Multiplayer mode allows for intense competition between friends as they balance earning money with preventing other players from doing the same.

We bought this game not knowing exactly what to expect. We read that it is a popular series in Japan, and as Dragon Quest and Mario fans, we thought it was worth a …

Xenoblade Chronicles

Awesome Game, Shame it's not in the US

It is a true shame that this game is only available in Europe and Asia.

Thanks to some overseas contacts I was able to acquire the English version of this game.

It is not only the best RPG title for the Wii by far (that being said, I haven't played Arc Rise Fantasia yet), it might be one of the top 2 or 3 RPG's I've ever played.. and i've played a LOT of them.

I'm not fully completed with the game yet (about 2/3rds as far as i can tell), but the graphics are the best i've seen on the wii, the voice acting is mostly good, the story line is highly compelling, and the battle features are unique and interesting. It did take me a long time to get used to the battle system as it was a lot different than many of the final fantasy …

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Good story and graphics

Twilight Princess had amazing graphics and an awesome story to go along with them. The only part of the story that was dissappointing to me was the fact that Zelda was barely in the game at all. She wasn't the focus or as important as in other games. Also, I didn't like that lady who lost her memory that Link set out to save. I haven't finished it yet, but it is fun so far.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

okay

This game was alright. I didn't play the whole game because I borrowed it, but it seemed playable. I wasn't really a fan of handhelds when I first played it, so my memory of it is slightly negative. It wasn't horrible, it just struck me as a little plain. If you read this, you should give the game a chance anyway because it might be the kind of game that you like.
