Super Smash Bros. Melee

Fun Multiplayer Game

Super Smash Bros. Melee is one of those games that I can play a billion times and still find it entertaining. Both single player and multiplayer are really fun. It has a great selection of characters and the controls are easy enough so that you would be a natural after playing for a couple of hours. The strengths of each character are distributed equally so that you won't be at a disadvantage if you pick a cute seemingly weak character. My favorite characters were: Link, Roy, Yoshi, and Dr. Mario.

Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus

Don't even get me started.

From the man who puts the "Saibot" in "Noob Saibot" (John Tobias) comes one of the most disgusting games I have ever played in my life. The game consists of the following:

1). Mind-numbingly stiff controls.
2). Unbelievable boring atmospheres and environments.
3). An completely unfitting soundtrack.
4). An extremely uncreative story that is barely present in the game.
5). Unforgettable characters with no personalities.

When I first got this game, I thought it would be decent considering it is made from one of the co-creators of "Mortal Kombat." Unfortunately, this game is terrible and I wish it had never been created. The structure of this game is as if it is a deformed bastard child of all highly established arcade fighters. …

Burnout 3: Takedown

a racing game that was actually a lot of fun.

Quite honestly, I do not like racing games. Mario Kart and games of that nature are a little different and I do have fun with those, but I just don't see why there are so many different games that are essentially the same thing: cars racing to the finish line (who cares how the tracks are laid out?). So, when all my friends told me that this game was "so great" and "so much fun", I didn't really believe them, but for once, a racing game game was actually a lot of fun. One of the key reasons is...IT'S DIFFERENT! (gasp!). It's simple, but brilliant at the same time. Just SMASH STUFF! With modes like "Road Rage" you can't help, but enjoy it, even for racing game naysayers, like myself. Essentially, It's what I find to be the perfect racing …

Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures

Why Pac-Man 2 Sucks

A few things about this game:

1). It should not exist, nor even be considered a thought.

2). If you want to play a game where you have no physical control over your character, this is the game for you.

3). The game revolves around the player slinging rocks at objects in the level to make Pac-Man interact with them, this results in absolute chaos.

4). A goal while carrying out these idiotic tasks is to keep Pac-Man happy, this is the most frustrating and impossible parts of the game. You will find yourself having a worse day than Pac-Man is.

5). The levels make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

6). It is completely impossible to keep Pac-Man happy while carrying out any of the mundane tasks that are essential to his …

Lost: Via Domus

I'll See You In Another Life, Brotha

You know, I'm such a LOST fanboy and such a casual gamer that after I had spent 10 bucks on Via Domus, my mind made me think this game was good. Obviously, the thrill wore off, after...oh, a total of probably an hour, after which I realized that I was stuck and I simply didn't care; coming up with distractions just so I wouldn't have to continue trying to play it.

So, yeah, I didn't even come close to finishing it. Initially, I wanted to play it simply as a fan of LOST and maybe get some more back story on the island, characters, mythos, etc. After all, it was written by the LOST team...which I think is strange, considering a lot of the voice work is, not only mostly done voice actors who didn't actually play the characters they are …

James Cameron's Avatar: The Game

Not to bad of a game but it is clearly designed as a movie fanboy game first over being a great game first that also complements the movie. Controls and aiming seemed to be a little clunky and not even close to the good shooter games. Story line got old moderately quick.

Kinect Adventures!

Great family game. Good for competitive play and fun to watch the antics as you try to jump, kick, slap/swing to either hit an object or steer your platform such as a river raft around and over obstacles to get coins or similar not to mention ducking at times. Much like a high-def interactive version of many older games like Mario and Sonic.

Kinect Sports

Fun game if you are wanting to compete with family and friends while getting excercise too. You get to try you hand at a good number of single and 2-person sports like tennis, ping-pong, and soccer goal shots.

Final Fantasy II ( Final Fantasy IV )

Superb!

Another fantastic RPG by Squaresoft, this final fantasy continues the theme of a hero must save the world from . This one is actually quite challenging at times. A huge array of weapons and magic never disappoints. Several minor complaints include a somewhat linear plot-line and a story that becomes a bit unraveled near the end. Still, these are small complaints for an otherwise spectacular game.
