Synopsis:

The third in the "Xeno" series of games, which previously featured "Xenogears" and the "Xenosaga" Trilogy. "Xenoblade" takes place in a world that resulted from a battle between two gods: the Colossus and the Machine God. These two deities struck each other mortal blows, which locked them in their final battle for all time. But the world was not ended: Life sprung up upon the backs of these eternally frozen gods and continued the war anew.

The Hype Train has Left the Station

“Xenoblade Chronicles” (“Xenoblade”) is one of the most anticipated RPGs in recent memory, developed by MonolithSoft, the Square-Enix breakaway company behind such titles as “Xenosaga” and “Baten Kaitos.” The fact that North America has thus far been denied localization of this game, in a time when RPGs are few and quality is overall low, has been seen as an enormous mistake on the part of Reggie Fils-Aime, even spawning an online movement known as “Operation Rainfall,” which attempted to badger Nintendo into publishing “Xenoblade” and two other interesting-looking games outside of Japan. Awesome Game, Shame it's not in the US

It is a true shame that this game is only available in Europe and Asia.

Thanks to some overseas contacts I was able to acquire the English version of this game.

It is not only the best RPG title for the Wii by far (that being said, I haven't played Arc Rise Fantasia yet), it might be one of the top 2 or 3 RPG's I've ever played.. and i've played a LOT of them.

I'm not fully completed with the game yet (about 2/3rds as far as i can tell), but the graphics are the best i've seen on the wii, the voice acting is mostly good, the story line is highly compelling, and the battle features are unique and interesting. It did take me a long time to get used to the battle system as it was a lot different than many of the final fantasy games. It is the most similar in nature to final...
