While Brawl is also very good, Melee has definitely taken up more of my time. If you're looking for a great multiplayer fighter that is fun, yet still requires plenty of skill, this is for you. Cute enough for the young ones, but plenty of room for hardcore games to display their talent and a tons of variety. You won't be disappointed. |

So much better than the N64 version. From unlocking characters, to fighter as Mario against Luigi, this game was a breath of fresh air. With the ability to fight 4 or more characters at a time, it seemed a bit weird to me, but now, I can't get a enough. Too many endless nights playing this game! |

Fun Multiplayer Game |
|
Super Smash Bros. Melee is one of those games that I can play a billion times and still find it entertaining. Both single player and multiplayer are really fun. It has a great selection of characters and the controls are easy enough so that you would be a natural after playing for a couple of hours. The strengths of each character are distributed equally so that you won't be at a disadvantage if you pick a cute seemingly weak character. My favorite characters were: Link, Roy, Yoshi, and Dr. Mario. |
