A nice visual representation of the cartoon and a hotch-potch of ideas involving a main game that's like a cross between Rock'n'Roll Racing and Micro Machines with little subgames thrown in whenever Dastardly & Mutely rear their nefarious heads. But the whole seems like less than the sum of its parts and it's the kind of game you may play for a couple of hours but will never come back to.
