Best Sports Game Ever

Tecmo Super Bowl is the greatest sports game of all-time. The arcade style format is great for sports, and this game does it perfectly. This game had the NFL license and had almost all the real players' names. The names they didn't get the license to ended up adding to the game in it's own right. QB Eagles, QB Bills, I can still remember them to this day.
Nothing too complicated. 8 plays. 4 passes, 4 runs. If the defense picked the right play they would blitz. Some would call "lunging" to be a flaw in the game where the DT could dive past the Center and sack the QB or tackle the runner. I say it's an advantage to take if possible. If you made a good playbook and called good plays, your opponent would get smoked trying to do it.
Games only took 15 to 20 minutes to play. The game kept stats. You could play a whole season and head to the Super Bowl. In college a dozen of the guys on my floor played a season together. It was one of the best gaming experiences of my life. I wish companies still tried to make games like this, it's unforgettable.
