Synopsis:

The terrorist group Sons of Liberty, claiming to be led by Solid Snake, have kidnapped the president and are threatening to execute him along with destroying the Big Shell Disposal Facility. Comprised of the deadly Dead Cell and Russian agents, a young agent of the reformed FOXHOUND, Raiden, is sent to defuse the situation. Yet as he delves deeper into the story, he finds alliances shifting, purposes made clear and a conspiracy that reaches further than he could ever imagine.
