Synopsis:

Isaac's mother has found God - and he demands a sacrifice. In order to escape certain
death, Isaac escapes to the basement only to discover untold horrors and twisted siblings
and terrifying bosses. In order to survive, Isaac will have to use all the tools at his
disposal - his tears and blood become weapons, and survive each level until he can
finally confront his mother and the awful truth. Over 500 items and weapons, over 50
unique bosses, 5 modes of gameplay and 1000s of hours of twisted fun.
