The Ape King is trying to resurrect the Dark Master, and Spyro, everyone's favorite purple dragon, is the only one who knows about the plan. To prevent an eternal night from descending upon the land, Spyro must master his inner strength and defeat the Ape King.
3D platform adventure aimed at children with an impressive voice cast and pretty graphics, but the story and cut scenes are weak and some sections are so unnecessarily difficult that they are frustrating for adults, never mind the younger audience it is aimed at.
