Pikmin didn't particularly grab me but the introduction of a second team to split tasks between makes for a bit more depth and variety of missions. Hardly a huge departure but a definite improvement.

If you liked the first Pikmin, this is just as good - it doesn't change up a lot, but when it was already a great concept and fun game, you don't need an overhaul. Another great game that deserves a sequel on this generation's hardware.
