This is quite ridiculous. Doesn't Sony know many people want to be able to play their games over at friends' houses? A good portion of my games from NES on up were in my bag and taken to be played at a friends' houses.
Now the one thing I don't quite get from their description, is whether each game is limited to 2 PS3s, or all your games are limited to 2 distinct PS3s. Meaning choosing only 1 second PS3.
I'm sure their thinking is that if you want to play PSN games at your friends' houses, you can just buy multiple copies. PSN games are sooper cheep, don'cha know!
You can rejoice in the fact that your old games will still be okay, though. This new TOS only applies to PSN games purchased after Nov. 18.
