Synopsis:

Niko Bellic has survived war and betrayal but a smuggling run gone bad and his brother Roman's talk of riches and luxury in America has him making a change. Yet when he arrives in Liberty City, he finds that Roman has greatly exaggerated and finds him in deep in debt instead of the grand luxury he was promised. Niko soon finds himself drawn into a dangerous world working for various underworld factions as he pursues the American dream all the while searching for the traitor responsible for his unit's betrayal.

While GTA makes use of the Xbox 360's far superior technical specs to create an amazing elaborate and lifelike city to roam around, the lack of likeable characters and sense of humour make it far less fun to play than the PS2 GTA games. Technically very impressive, but ti's yet another case of developers prioritising realism over fun.	Rating of 3.5/5
