No, the cut scenes really didn't add anything to the original and it's true, I will always recommend the SNES version, but this is still one of the greatest games of my generation, so respect is due, even if they messed with a perfectly good thing.

I Blame You the Progammers On This One

You want to know what makes me mad? I'll tell you, take a older version of a game, add cut scenes and put it on and better processing console, and then add loading times and hesitations when you play the game. Playing Final Fantasy VI on the Playstation drove me nuts. Every time you went in the menu it had to load. When you were fighting battles and going through menus there was hesitation. I couldnt' stand it, at first I thought there was something wrong with my system. I don't care there are cutscenes, I'll play the SNES version with no loading issues any day.
