A great idea for a RPG game, Wii style. I enjoyed the idea of making sword swipes with the wii controller as your attacks against enemies. Dungeons are almost like rail shooters, where you go through and encounter enemies as you go. The story is ok for Dragon Quest, however simple.
Unfortunately, the flaws make this game frustrating. The controls are inconsistent. One time you thrust toward the screen, it works...another time you do it and it thinks you're doing a diagonal swipe. It won't stop you from beating the game, but it will stop you from dominating. It's too bad that they didn't wait to do this game until the Wii motion plus came out.
Also, this game was a little too short, but it was still fun to play. |
