I think I actually did beat this one, though I took full advantage of the games exploit for pausing and killing bosses. Combines platforming action with a top-down shooter - and it really fun. One of the better NES games that revolved around action.

One of my favorite games for the NES. This game is challenging, and didn't have continues or save codes, so to beat it, you were in it for the long haul. This game has endless areas that will keep you busy. An overall great game for the NES.

Uniquely Awesome

So many aspects of this game make it great. First, there are 2 different types of game play. First, you can roam the world in one of the sweetest vehicles ever to grace a video game. As you progress through the game, you power up your vehicle. This includes: increasing your fire power, underwater movement, climbing walls and even flying! The second type of game play happens when you go into what I would call "dungeons" and you have a top down movement as a person and you fight bosses.

The story is ridiculously awesome. You lose your frog, follow it into some crazy world, take (others may call it stealing) the sweet vehicle, and begin your adventure!

It's hard, there are no save points, and it will take a few hours. It took me until I reached college to beat. If you'd like ...
