A prequel to Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, you play as Vic Vance, a soldier who finds himself kicked to the streets of Vice City - during a turbulent time of city building, a rising drug trade and power struggles. Amidst the crime and glamor, he must build up his empire or be crushed beneath its weight.
Essentially a stand alone expansion pack for Vice City, it has a new story and characters set within the Vice City world. More of the same, but top notch stuff.
