The NES Super Mario games get a 16 bit makeover and make for a much-loved compilation of classic games. I'm not the biggest fan of platform games and their 8 bit heritage is obvious, but there's no denying the sheer inventiveness on display. One of the most influential series of games ever and retro gaming at its purest. Look out for the later versions which also included the best of the series, Super Mario World. |
