Did anyone else see Reggie and the 3DS demo on Jimmy Fallon Friday night? They showed off some of the augmented reality features of the 3DS, which looked neat, but also tech-demo-y and like they'd lose their luster just as quickly as the Wii_____ series.
I thought it was pretty lame, but my mom thought it looked really cool. I guess Nintendo is still sticking with their Blue Ocean dempgraphic. |

You should ask David - he already bought a 3DS - and really, are you surprised? Actually, I hope I get over soon because I'm interested to see how it plays. Their launch titles aren't exactly the most exciting line up, but I'm interested none-the-less. |

No, I'm not surprised... partially because I saw that he's currently playing PilotWings Resort... partially because he owns a Virtual Boy.
I'm interested in seeing it in-person too. I have read that some people are completely unable to see the 3D. I assume I won't be one of them, as I can see the 3D effect in movies.
When you say the launch lineup isn't exciting, it's an incredible understatement. I don't think Nintendo has ever had a launch lineup quite that bad (maybe the original DS... I didn't follow it closely when it launched). |
