Afghanistan, 1984, the Cold War is in full force as Soviet forces invade the country.

is not alone - Ocelot is with him, and helps him to track down his former partner
Kazuhira Miller, who is being held in Afghanistan. But saving her opens to door to
vengeance against Cipher - a one-man war that will have far-reaching implications.
