Mario, Luigi, the Princess, and Toad the loyal mushroom retainer find themselves in the dreamworld of SubCon where an evil king is disrupting the peace. Players can chose one of these 4 iconic characters to run, jump, and hurl enemies through 7 worlds.

Not as bad as people say, but this is a different take on the franchise and one that doesn't work as well for me. You can play as more characters, but the style and story just didn't connect.
Despite many people hating this game, I still liked it. It's not the best but it is a breath of fresh air and kind of fun to play the other characters. I think this game is very hard. After a while it does where on you and I found myself disinterested.
